Urbanisation San Jaime is managed by the owners themselves.

The basis for the management of the urbanisation is the Spanish Law of the Horizontal Property (Ley de propiedad horizontal), as well as the statutes of the urbanization.

Regularly once a year an owners’ meeting takes place. Invitations to the meetings are made in writing, and the protocols are delivered to all owners.

Every two years, a new committee is elected from amongst the owners. The members of the committee work voluntarily.

The administrative work is carried out by a full-time staff member. During office hours, the employee is available to the owners for questions regarding the urbanisation.

The office building is located at a central point of the urbanisation. Within the urbanisation, there are several information boards as well as information signs at various points.
